機器の点検の際に必ず必要な点検口。
特に機器廻りやダンパー廻り、バルブ廻りに点検口が必要なことが多い。
点検口自体は建築工事になるため意匠担当者との打ち合わせが不可欠だ。
今回は点検口に関する英語表現を紹介する。

点検口は共通で Access Panel という。
そのため天井点検口であれば Ceiling Access Panel、壁点検口であれば Wall Access Panel となる。
