比較的小規模から中規模の建物ではパッケージエアコンが用いられることが多い。
また国によっては中央熱源がそもそも普及していないこともある。
そのため発展途上国では特に個別熱源による空調とすることが多い。
今回は室外機と室内機に関する英語表現について紹介する。

よく日本で一般に用いられるドレンアップキットだが海外の室内機にはラインナップがないこともしばしばある。
そのため計画段階から室内機からのドレン配管の取り扱いに注意することをお勧めする。
